Payment:
Pricing and payment is in UK Pounds Sterling. Payment is done through the Paypal system. While this is easiest for customers with Paypal accounts, in most countries, it is possible to pay using a credit card via the Paypal system without a Paypal account. Ripples Crafts does not retain any card information on the online shop system; this is handled entirely by Paypal.

Yarn Colours:
Regarding photographs on the web site, please note that no matter how careful Ripples Crafts is about trying to capture accurately the colours in hand dyed yarns, there are many factors, such as differing computer screens, outside our control. So Ripples Crafts must add a caveat that the colours shown can only ever be taken as an approximation, not as exact colours.
Postage and Packaging:
Ripples Crafts believes it is fair to differentiate between the cost of the yan and the cost of getting it to customers. So to make costs clear, the posting charges will be calculated on this site using the following shipping options:-
• Postage within the UK: Royal Mail First Class or Second Class small parcel, depending on the customer's choice at checkout.
• Postage outwith the UK: Royal Mail International Airmail small packet rate.
Returns:
In common with other mail order outlets, should you return your yarn for a refund it must be returned in its original condition and packaging (i.e. it should not have been rewound and must be in the original yarn band) and the cost of returning the yarn will be at your expense. Furthermore, refunds will be for the cost of the yarn only, not for the original postage cost.

Ripples Crafts needs the minimum information to transact your purchase with Ripples Crafts, such as name and address, email for confirmation and a phone number in case of a problem regarding your purchase. Personal information is simply never used for any other reason. Your account details are under your control by logging in to the web site and changing or deleting as you wish.
