At Woolfest a lot of attention was paid to the samples that I had on the stand of Colour Affection and Stripe Study. Most folk who looked at them loved them, although some found their off-centre design a little hard to like. I put together some packs of colours which I thought went together well, and would be either complementary or contrasting. And the little packs flew off the shelf. The last time I put a few colour combo's up in the shop it wasn't long before they disappeared. So, I've done it again! This time the yarn is a sparkly one, and is 75% merino, 20% nylon and 5% gold stellina fibre. I think this yarn would make a lovely, but cosy, shawl with a bit of understated sparkle and add a glamorous twist to any outfit. So go and have a look at them here, but here are a couple of colour combo's to whet your appetite:
There is a saving of just over 16% by buying them as a combo, and I'll add a small Eucalan sample into you package. Of course you don't even have to have a particular project in mind - you may just see some sparkly socks in your future. Whatever you do with the combo's, enjoy them!
