One of the delights of doing shows like Woolfest is that I get to meet customers old and new, and many have become more than just customers over the years! And sometimes I receive gifts.
"Sheena" (to protect identities I've possibly used a false name) recently made Tempest using two shades of the Na Dannsairean 4ply. She wore it to Woolfest, and it was gorgeous (but I totally failed to take a photograph of it)! And as a result Tempest has gone on to my list of "must have" cardigans - perhaps in Assynt Rocks and Lipstick.. However I digress. She had a little bit of leftover yarn after she'd finished her Tempest, so rather than wasting it, a giraffe was born.
Except halfway through "Sheena" wasn't sure if it was a giraffe. But I think it is. The problem is, she has no name.

She was much admired on the stand at Woolfest - in fact I had to keep a close eye on her to make sure nobody loved her so much they wanted to take her home with them! But at the moment she is a giraffe with no name, so if you can think of an appropriate name please leave a comment.
Thank you "Sheena"!
