It has been quite a week at Ripples Crafts HQ this week.  At the end of last week I received a copy of the German edition of The Knitter magazine.  They contacted me towards the end of last year to say they would be featuring Ripples Crafts in an article, and to be honest I had completely forgotten about it, so it was such a pleasant surprise when I opened the magazine to find one of my marketing photographs at the head of the article:

The photograph features one of my own favourites,  - Heather, Peat and Rock, in the setting which inspired it.

It is at times like this that I really wish I spoke German!

As a result of the article there has been a flurry of enquiries from Germany and Switzerland, including one particularly exciting one which I can't go into right now but suffice it to say I've been doing a bit of a happy dance all week.

The week just got better and better with Dorothy's visit which I spoke about a couple of entries back.  Dorothy has now put up her own blog entry where you can read about her visit from her point of view.  As a result of a conversation we had while Dorothy was visiting there is another wee joint venture in the planning stages.

And then to top the week off I received confirmation of my stand at Woolfest and I am thrilled to tell you that this year I have been granted a double stand, so there will be a wee bit more room to move about - I know last year it got terribly crowded from time to time.  Mungo is going to be laden with stock when we travel down to the show - he'll be groaning.
