It was back go the grindstone for me today, so poor Stevan had to make do with Lexie and Peggy for company on his walk.    Actually, if truth be told, he's quite happy with that as they can keep up with his long legs - something I often struggle to do!  But it became a little trickier when he decided a photo of the expedition was called for.    He managed though:

And if you're wondering where Peggy was - well let's just say she doesn't have a huge amount of patience, and so she'd gone off to find fun elsewhere.

And talking of "the cute" factor, here's one to set all dog lovers off saying "ahhhhhh".  Or as we would have said when we were living in South Africa "ag shame hey":

Meet Brody - a friend's new pup.

I have decided to close down the shop pages on this blog.  The shop website is nearing completion, and I hope to launch it soon after Woolfest.   The shop pages on the blog are not doing me or my yarns any justice right now, so as of now they're simply showing you a link to the new shop.    Thank you so much for your faithful patronage over the last 12 months - I hope the new website is to your liking and that you find it easy to navigate and use.

Can you believe that on Tuesday we will have been living up in Assynt for 12 months?  What a journey we've been on.    And for those of you who have been kind enough to write and ask, Stevan doesn't have all his exam results yet, but the one which he does have pleasantly surprised him, as it was an A.
