This morning dawned very cold and we awoke to a good dusting of snow. It makes the world look so pretty, especially when the sun is shining, making the snow glisten. Canisp looked like it was a mini volcano this morning, with the snow blowing off the top of it.



We had to have a run into Lochinver, and so because I knew it would be looking awfully pretty in the snow I took my camera just in case. And it didn't disappoint!

Here is the little harbour in Lochinver, with part of the town across the bay, and you can see the sea is beginning to turn to ice in parts:



While Stevan was out walking with Lexie this afternoon (Peggy has strained a muscle in her back, and so is being forced to stay indoors - much to her disgust!), he came across this beautiful view with the moon rising over Lexie's Loch:



I've decided to make a small change to the yarn clubs by adding a single month's membership to both the Totie Toe and Selkie Clubs.
