Temptation

Temptation comes in all forms, not all of them bad.  I think it is safe to say that this Shetland Conference to be held in September 2010 is one temptation I intend giving into.  Anyone want to join me?

    Oh, what a temptation. It’s being held in my neck of the woods! I shall have to see if I can be visiting my mum around that time, and just drop in.

    Dreaming and drooling! Our Textiles Programme Director mentioned it to me a while back – but not sure I’ll be able to take leave at that time. Plus, I’m not a good sailor -the Isle of Wight ferry does for me!
    But I’d love to go to this conference.

    I’ve started making enquiries re boats and trains and planes! Hotels, B+B’s and bunk houses as well. Now I need to look at the rota, the finances and the DH!!

    I’d love to.. but still dont know if it will be possible for me to have holiday that week. A colleague of mine is going, giving a speach about some archaeological finds of 17th century knitwear she wrote a phd on. She is charming and very clever, so listen to her if you go.
